أخبار لايت: ‏«NHC» توقّع اتفاقية تطوير شامل لتنفيذ أكثر من 2800 وحدة سكنية في وجهة الفرسان بالرياض – أخبار السعودية

وقّعت ‏«NHC» اتفاقية تطوير شامل مع شركة دار وإعمار للاستثمار والتطوير العقاري، وذلك ضمن مشاركتها كشريك مؤسس في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025، بهدف تطوير المرحلة الجديدة من مشروع الفرسان 3 في وجهة الفرسان بمدينة الرياض.

وتهدف الاتفاقية إلى تطوير أكثر من 2800 وحدة سكنية متنوعة ما بين الفلل والشقق، ضمن نموذج عمراني حديث وبُنى تحتية متكاملة، وبقيمة استثمارية تبلغ 3.3 مليار ريال، مما يعزز من وفرة المنتجات السكنية ويرفع جودة العروض السكنية المقدمة لعملاء ‏«NHC».

وتعد وجهة الفرسان أحد أكبر الوجهات التي تطورها ‏«NHC» على مساحة شاسعة تتجاوز 35 مليون متر مربع، لتقدم أسلوب حياة حديثا لأكثر من 50 ألف وحدة سكنية متنوعة بتصاميمها ومساحاتها، وتستوعب أكثر من 250 ألف نسمة لتمنحهم فرصة العيش وسط جملة من المرافق والخدمات المتكاملة في بيئة صحية مستدامة تضم أكثر من 6 ملايين متر مربع من الحدائق والمسطحات الخضراء التي تعزز من جودة الحياة.

وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية ضمن جهود ‏«NHC» في تمكين المطورين العقاريين، وتوسيع الشراكات مع القطاع الخاص لرفع المعروض السكني وتطوير وجهاتها العمرانية وفق أعلى المعايير.

يُذكر أن مشاركة ‏«NHC» في «سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025» تُجسّد دورها الريادي في تطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة، ضمن مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان، أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، عبر رفع جودة الحياة وتمكين عملائها من التملّك في بيئات عمرانية متكاملة تُبنى بمعايير عالمية، وتُرسّخ مكانتها الرائدة من خلال مجتمعات نابضة بالحياة وجاهزة للمستقبل، ليست مجرد مشاريع، بل تحوّل وطني يُبنى على أرض الواقع.

NHC signed a comprehensive development agreement with Dar and Imar for Investment and Real Estate Development, as part of its participation as a founding partner in the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition, aimed at developing the new phase of the Al-Fursan 3 project in the Al-Fursan destination in Riyadh.

The agreement aims to develop more than 2,800 diverse residential units, including villas and apartments, within a modern urban model and integrated infrastructure, with an investment value of 3.3 billion riyals. This enhances the availability of residential products and raises the quality of housing offers provided to NHC clients.

The Al-Fursan destination is one of the largest destinations developed by NHC, covering an extensive area of over 35 million square meters, offering a modern lifestyle for more than 50,000 diverse residential units in various designs and sizes, accommodating over 250,000 people, providing them with the opportunity to live amidst a range of integrated facilities and services in a sustainable healthy environment that includes more than 6 million square meters of parks and green spaces that enhance the quality of life.

This agreement comes as part of NHC’s efforts to empower real estate developers and expand partnerships with the private sector to increase housing supply and develop its urban destinations according to the highest standards.
