فرنسا: تأجيل محاكمة «لمعلم» بتهمة الاغتصاب 6 أشهر – أخبار السعودية
أرجأت محكمة فرنسية (الإثنين) في دراغينيان محاكمة سعد لمجرد لمدة 6 أشهر على الأقل، بعد أن تغيّب المطرب المغربي عن الجلسة الافتتاحية رغم أنه كان مطلوباً منه الحضور كشخص «طليق» تحت المراقبة القضائية.
ويحاكم الفنان المغربي الشهير أمام القضاء الفرنسي بتهمة اغتصاب قرب سان تروبيه في جنوب شرقي فرنسا عام 2018، والتي ينفيها، حيث كان من المقرر أن تبدأ المحاكمة بعد ظهر الاثنين وتستمر ثلاثة أيام، لكن المغني، الذي سبق أن اتُهم في قضايا مماثلة في فرنسا والمغرب والولايات المتحدة، لم يحضر إلى المحكمة.
السبب الرسمي للتأجيل لم يُعلن بعد بشكل نهائي، لكن مصادر قضائية تحدثت عن «إجراءات إدارية وقانونية» و«طلبات من الدفاع»، حيث أكد محامي لمجرد أن موكلهم «مريض» وغير قادر على الحضور، بينما رأى ممثلو الادعاء والمجني عليها أن الأمر يتعلق بمناورة لكسب الوقت.
وأصدر قاض أمرا بإرجاء الجلسة وإبقاء لمجرد قيد المراقبة القضائية خلال اجتماع مع وكلاء الدفاع والمدّعين الشخصيين، في حين لم يُحدد موعد جديد لبدء المحكمة، علما أن جلسات محكمة الجنايات هذه مُقررة أصلا حتى يونيو 2026.
ووُجهت إلى لمجرد البالغ 40 عاما، والذي يتمتع بشعبية واسعة في المغرب والعالم العربي تهمة اغتصاب امرأة التقاها في أحد الملاهي الليلية في سان تروبيه في أغسطس 2018، وكانت تعمل نادلة في مؤسسة أخرى.
وهذه هي المرة الثانية خلال هذه السنة تؤجَّل محاكمة لمجرد بتهمة الاغتصاب، ففي يونيو، أُرجئت محاكمته استئنافا في كريتاي (بمنطقة باريس) إلى موعد لاحق، بعدما كانت محكمة الجنايات في باريس أدانته في الدرجة الأولى بتهمة اغتصاب شابة كان التقاها في ملهى ليلي في باريس وضربها في غرفة أحد الفنادق الفخمة في باريس عام 2016.
وستُحاكم الشابة وأربعة من شركائها المزعومين بتهمة محاولة الابتزاز، لمحاولتهم الحصول على 3 ملايين يورو من المغني مقابل سحب شكواها.
A French court in Draguignan postponed the trial of Saad Lamjarred for at least 6 months on Monday, after the Moroccan singer failed to attend the opening session despite being required to appear as a “free” person under judicial supervision.
The famous Moroccan artist is being tried in France on charges of rape near Saint-Tropez in southeastern France in 2018, which he denies. The trial was scheduled to begin on Monday afternoon and last for three days, but the singer, who has previously faced similar charges in France, Morocco, and the United States, did not appear in court.
The official reason for the postponement has not yet been definitively announced, but judicial sources spoke of “administrative and legal procedures” and “requests from the defense.” Lamjarred’s lawyer confirmed that their client is “ill” and unable to attend, while prosecutors and the alleged victim viewed it as a maneuver to buy time.
A judge issued an order to postpone the session and keep Lamjarred under judicial supervision during a meeting with defense attorneys and private prosecutors, while a new date for the trial has not been set, noting that these criminal court sessions are originally scheduled until June 2026.
Lamjarred, 40, who enjoys wide popularity in Morocco and the Arab world, is accused of raping a woman he met at a nightclub in Saint-Tropez in August 2018, who was working as a waitress at another establishment.
This is the second time this year that Lamjarred’s trial on rape charges has been postponed. In June, his appeal trial in Créteil (in the Paris region) was postponed to a later date, after the Paris criminal court convicted him in the first instance of raping a young woman he met at a nightclub in Paris and assaulting her in a room of a luxury hotel in Paris in 2016.
The young woman and four of her alleged accomplices will be tried for attempted extortion, for trying to obtain 3 million euros from the singer in exchange for withdrawing her complaint.
