وقّعت NHC اتفاقية تطوير شاملة مع شركة ازدهار العقارية لتطوير مشروع «مشاعل الفرسان» في وجهة الفرسان شمال شرق الرياض، بقيمة استثمارية تتجاوز 880 مليون ريال، وذلك ضمن مشاركتها كشريك مؤسس في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025.

ويمتد المشروع على مساحة تتجاوز 116 ألف متر مربع، ويوفر 1,120 وحدة سكنية من نوع الشقق، بما يعزز تنويع المنتجات السكنية داخل الوجهة.

وتأتي وجهة الفرسان كأحد أكبر الوجهات التي تطورها NHC على مساحة شاسعة تتجاوز 35 مليون متر مربع، لتقدم أسلوب حياة حديث لأكثر من 50 ألف وحدة سكنية متنوعة بتصاميمها ومساحاتها تستوعب أكثر من 250 ألف نسمة لتمنحهم فرصة العيش وسط جملة من المرافق والخدمات المتكاملة في بيئة صحية مستدامة تضم أكثر من 6 ملايين متر مربع من الحدائق والمسطحات الخضراء التي تعزز من جودة الحياة

وتؤكد NHC من خلال هذه الاتفاقية استمرارها في قيادة التطوير العمراني بمدينة الرياض، والمضي قدمًا في تطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة تعزز مستوى الخدمات وتواكب تطلعات عملائها.

NHC has signed a comprehensive development agreement with Izdihar Real Estate Company to develop the “Mashael Al-Fursan” project in the Al-Fursan destination northeast of Riyadh, with an investment value exceeding 880 million riyals, as part of its participation as a founding partner in the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition.

The project spans an area of over 116,000 square meters and provides 1,120 residential units in the form of apartments, enhancing the diversification of residential products within the destination.

The Al-Fursan destination is one of the largest destinations being developed by NHC, covering an extensive area of over 35 million square meters, offering a modern lifestyle for more than 50,000 diverse residential units with various designs and sizes that can accommodate over 250,000 people, giving them the opportunity to live amidst a range of integrated facilities and services in a sustainable healthy environment that includes more than 6 million square meters of parks and green spaces that enhance the quality of life.

NHC confirms through this agreement its continued leadership in urban development in the city of Riyadh and its commitment to advancing the development of integrated urban destinations that enhance service levels and meet the aspirations of its clients.
