NHC توقّع اتفاقية شراكة إستراتيجية مع شركة أساس المهيلب لتعزيز وتأمين سلاسل الإمداد العقاري في وجهة خزام – أخبار السعودية
برعاية وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد بن عبد الله الحقيل، وقّعت NHC اتفاقية إستراتيجية مع شركة أساس المهيلب بهدف إنشاء مصانع خرسانة جاهزة في وجهة خزام، توفر المواد الأسمنتية والخرسانية لمشاريعها ومشاريع شركائها من المطورين الفرعيين، في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية وتكلفة مستقرة، بما يسهم في استقرار السوق العقاري رغم تحديات التضخم، وذلك عبر توطين صناعة مواد البناء ودعم المحتوى المحلي والمصانع الوطنية لتقديم حلول مبتكرة ومستدامة، إلى جانب دورها الريادي في الاستدامة لإنتاج مواد صديقة للبيئة وتسهم في تخفيف الانبعاثات الكربونية إضافة إلى إعادة التدوير. يأتي ذلك عبر إستراتيجية NHC في سلاسل الإمداد العقارية كونها الرائد في التطوير العقاري الأكبر في المنطقة.
وتؤكد هذه الاتفاقية الدور المحوري لـNHC في قيادة التحول الصناعي واللوجستي في قطاع التطوير العقاري، من خلال بناء سلاسل إمداد متكاملة ومستدامة تدعم تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، وترسّخ مكانة المملكة كمركز إقليمي متقدّم في مجال التطوير العقاري والصناعات المساندة.
يُذكر أن مشاركة NHC في «سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025» تؤكد التزامها المستمر بتطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة تدعم جودة الحياة وتوفر خيارات سكنية متعددة ضمن بيئة صحية مستدامة. كما تواصل الشركة ترسيخ مكانتها كأكبر مطور عقاري في الشرق الأوسط عبر مشاريع نوعية تعبّر عن التحول الحضري الذي يُبنى على أرض الواقع، من خلال تمكين عملائها من التملّك في بيئات عمرانية متكاملة تُنفذ وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية.
Under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hoqail, NHC has signed a strategic agreement with Asas Al-Muhailb Company to establish ready-mix concrete factories in the Khuzam destination. These factories will provide cement and concrete materials for its projects and those of its subsidiary developer partners, in a timely manner, with high quality and stable costs, contributing to the stability of the real estate market despite inflation challenges. This will be achieved by localizing the construction materials industry and supporting local content and national factories to provide innovative and sustainable solutions, alongside its pioneering role in sustainability to produce environmentally friendly materials that help reduce carbon emissions in addition to recycling. This aligns with NHC’s strategy in real estate supply chains as it leads the largest real estate development in the region.
This agreement underscores NHC’s pivotal role in leading industrial and logistical transformation in the real estate development sector by building integrated and sustainable supply chains that support the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030, and solidifies the Kingdom’s position as an advanced regional hub in real estate development and supporting industries.
It is worth noting that NHC’s participation in “Cityscape Global 2025” reaffirms its ongoing commitment to developing integrated urban destinations that enhance quality of life and provide diverse housing options within a sustainable healthy environment.
