NHC توقّع اتفاقية لبناء 1,290 وحدة في وجهة الورود بالأحساء بقيمة تتجاوز 651 مليون ريال – أخبار السعودية
وقّعت NHC اتفاقية مع شركة صالح العبد الله المهنا وشركاؤه للمقاولات، على هامش معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025، تهدف إلى إنشاء 1290 وحدة سكنية ضمن وجهة الورود في محافظة الأحساء، بقيمةٍ إجمالية تجاوزت 651 مليون ريال، وذلك ضمن جهود NHC المستمرة لتوفير خيارات سكنية متنوعة ترتقي بجودة الحياة.
وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية لتنمية وجهة الورود بخيارات سكنية متنوعة بتصاميم عصرية تلبي كافة التطلعات، وتُعد الوجهة إحدى أبرز وجهات NHC العمرانية في الأحساء، إذ تحتوي على بنية تحتية حديثة وخدمات مجتمعية وتجارية متكاملة، ما يبرز التزام الشركة بتوفير بيئة سكنية تجمع بين جودة الحياة والاستدامة والتكامل الحضري.
وتعكس هذه الاتفاقية حرص NHC على توسيع شراكاتها مع القطاع الخاص محليًا ودوليًا ودفع عجلة التطوير في المدن السعودية، ضمن جهودها المتواصلة لبناء وجهات عمرانية متكاملة تعزز جودة الحياة، وتواكب مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 في رفع نسبة تملّك المواطنين للمساكن إلى 70%.
NHC has signed an agreement with Saleh Al-Abdullah Al-Muhanna and Partners Contracting Company on the sidelines of the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition, aimed at creating 1,290 housing units within the Al-Wurood destination in Al-Ahsa, with a total value exceeding 651 million riyals. This is part of NHC’s ongoing efforts to provide diverse housing options that enhance the quality of life.
This agreement comes to develop the Al-Wurood destination with a variety of housing options featuring modern designs that meet all aspirations. The destination is one of NHC’s most prominent urban developments in Al-Ahsa, as it includes modern infrastructure and integrated community and commercial services, highlighting the company’s commitment to providing a residential environment that combines quality of life, sustainability, and urban integration.
This agreement reflects NHC’s keenness to expand its partnerships with the private sector both locally and internationally and to accelerate development in Saudi cities, as part of its continuous efforts to build integrated urban destinations that enhance the quality of life and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to raise the homeownership rate among citizens to 70%.
