NHC توقّع اتفاقية إستراتيجية مع شركة لوسيد لتعزيز حلول الطاقة المستدامة في وجهاتها العمرانية – أخبار السعودية
وقّعت NHC اتفاقية تعاون إستراتيجية مع شركة لوسيد، بهدف تطوير حلول متقدمة للحفاظ على الطاقة داخل وجهاتها العمرانية، عبر تبني أحدث التقنيات والخدمات الذكية التي تدعم مبادرات الاستدامة وجودة الحياة، وذلك على هامش مشاركتها في معرض «سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025» كشريك مؤسس.
وتركّز الاتفاقية على التعاون في تطوير بنية تحتية حديثة تدعم التحوّل نحو استخدام الطاقة النظيفة داخل مشاريع NHC، من خلال توفير تقنيات متطورة لمحطات شحن المركبات الكهربائية، التي تسهم في خدمة السكان ورفع كفاءة التشغيل في الوجهات العمرانية. كما تتضمن الاتفاقية العمل المشترك على تحديد المواقع الأنسب وتطوير حلول تشغيلية مبتكرة ووضع خارطة طريق للمرحلة القادمة.
وأكدت NHC أن هذه الشراكة تمثل خطوة إستراتيجية نحو ترسيخ الاستدامة في مشاريعها، وتعزيز جاهزية وجهاتها المستقبلية من خلال تطبيق أفضل الابتكارات العالمية، بما يسهم في بناء بيئات حضرية أكثر مرونة وكفاءة في استهلاك الطاقة.
يُذكر أن مشاركة NHC في «سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025» تُجسّد دورها الريادي في تطوير وجهات عمرانية متكاملة ضمن مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان أحد برامج رؤية السعودية 2030، عبر تمكين العملاء من التملّك في بيئات متطورة تُبنى بمعايير عالمية على أرض الواقع.
NHC has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Lucid, aimed at developing advanced energy conservation solutions within its urban destinations by adopting the latest technologies and smart services that support sustainability initiatives and quality of life, on the sidelines of its participation in the “Cityscape Global 2025” as a founding partner.
The agreement focuses on collaboration to develop modern infrastructure that supports the transition to clean energy use within NHC projects, by providing advanced technologies for electric vehicle charging stations, which contribute to serving residents and enhancing operational efficiency in urban destinations. The agreement also includes joint efforts to identify the most suitable locations, develop innovative operational solutions, and create a roadmap for the next phase.
NHC confirmed that this partnership represents a strategic step towards solidifying sustainability in its projects and enhancing the readiness of its future destinations by applying the best global innovations, contributing to the creation of more resilient urban environments with efficient energy consumption.
It is worth noting that NHC’s participation in “Cityscape Global 2025” embodies its pioneering role in developing integrated urban destinations within the objectives of the Housing Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030, by enabling customers to own properties in advanced environments built to global standards in reality.
